Delete your account

Runny Bunny is provided by Tindlo Inc. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Delete inside the app

1. Open Runny Bunny and select Profile.
2. Choose Delete account and data.
3. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. It removes your authentication account, email address, and synced saved items.

If you cannot access the app

Email bunny@tindlo.com from the address used for your account. Use the subject “Runny Bunny account deletion.” We may ask you to verify control of the account before completing the request.

What is removed

• Your authentication account and email address
• Your saved podcast and video records
• Other data directly associated with your account

Local listening history and hearts remain only on your device and can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
